A game that’s easy to understand, hard to master and, above all, impossible to watch without wanting to try.
Paléoh! is a game of skill and precision built around one essential idea: letting everyone play together.
No need to be sporty, an expert or used to palet games. You aim, you throw, you count the points and above all… you start again.
Because a game of Paléoh! should be able to start in seconds and make you want a rematch straight away.
From 6 to 101, everyone can learn the basics in their very first game.
Success depends as much on your technique as on how well you manage your score.
Because there’s always a throw you wish you’d played differently.
Paléoh! adapts to the number of players and the mood of the moment.
A game can be played as a duel, in teams or with several players. The idea stays the same: aim true and take the lead.
The goal is to reach exactly 500 points. If a team goes over 500, it goes back to its previous score. A simple rule that turns every throw into a real strategic choice.
Paléoh! is designed to be understood quickly. A game is played over several rounds, until one team reaches exactly 500 points.
Unfold the board: each team has its own half. Choose a throwing line, the same for everyone, then draw lots to decide which team starts.
Each team has 6 palets. Teams take turns throwing one palet at a time until all 12 palets have been played. Within a team, players take turns.
Once every palet has been thrown, the round is over. Each palet left on your half scores its points for your team.
Collect the palets. The team that scored the most points in the round starts the next one.
The situations that spark debate around the board, and how to settle them.
It stays in play, but its points go to the other team.
The fallen palet scores nothing. More generally, any palet on the ground at the end of the round does not count, whoever knocked it off.
It counts for the team that owns the half where it stops.
The palet is dead: remove it straight away. It does not count, even if it ends up on the board.
It counts for the half holding most of the palet. If in doubt, it does not count.
The palet is removed and does not count. Play continues with the next team.
The palet thrown out of turn is removed and does not count.
Put it back in place. If any palets moved, the round is replayed.
It goes back to the score it had before that round, and the other team plays straight away. You must finish on exactly 500 points.
Play a deciding round: the team that scores the most points in it wins the game.
When in doubt, the palet does not count. And a rematch is promised.
We chose EPDM for the palets to offer a pleasant playing experience that suits the world of Paléoh!
The material supports your technique, your throws and game after game, while letting you play indoors as well as outdoors.
Because at Paléoh!, even the smallest details matter.
An evening with friends, a birthday, a games room or simply the urge to play at home. Paléoh! is an indoor game too.
Garden, terrace, holidays, weekends, picnics or days out with friends: bring out the game and start playing.
The best player isn’t necessarily the one who throws best. It’s the one who knows when to take the risk.
Paléoh! isn’t designed for any one generation in particular.
That’s exactly what we love: bringing children, parents, friends and grandparents together around the same board.
The game then becomes an excuse. An excuse to talk, laugh, challenge each other and share a screen-free moment.
We live surrounded by screens, apps and notifications.
Paléoh! deliberately takes the opposite path.
Two boards. Palets. A few rules. And people gathered around the same game.
Nothing more. And in the end, maybe that’s already a lot.
We want to create an object you regularly take out of the cupboard.
An object that becomes associated with evenings, holidays, meals, birthdays, improvised competitions and memories.
Because a good game never really stays in its box.
