The time depends on product availability, the time needed to prepare your order and the carrier selected. The estimated delivery time for your order is shown when you buy.
When your order ships, tracking information is sent according to the delivery method chosen. It lets you follow your parcel all the way to its destination.
Yes. We ship to your home with Colissimo, at La Poste rates based on weight: €25.29 for a board, from €5.49 for a small accessory. Delivery is free from €150 in France and Monaco. The exact amount is shown before you confirm your order.
We also deliver to Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland with Colissimo International: €46.99 for a board, from €19.39 for an accessory. The costs are shown before you confirm your purchase.
If your parcel shows significant damage on arrival, we recommend taking photos and contacting us quickly with your order number and photos of the parcel and product.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it before the parcel leaves.
